My philosophy is exercise to eat well and enjoy the most out of life. I am a foody, I love good and rich food and drink.
I hate all this new spiel about ‘clean eating’, and dry January. We need to make some changes and not be so dramatic and unrealistic.
I don’t believe that there is one type of training that fits all people.
I do believe that exercise helps our minds and souls as well as keeping us fit and slimmer.

When exercising we release 4 hormones that keep us mentally stable.
Dopamine- which makes us feel good;
Serotonin - which reduces depression;
Endorphins - which make us happy and thus help to reduce physical pain.
Oxytocin - is known for being the hormone of love, trust, and all feelings warm and fuzzy. Exercise increases oxytocin release from nucleus tractus solitarius. So, it can help your sex life.

About me

Apart from eating yummy food and chilling with some wine after working hard. Like many of you, I also run a busy family home with a dog and all that entails. I am most happy after I have exercised and that feeling is what I hope to bring to my clients.
